Niagara Falls Motel

My boyfriend and I are staying at Niagara Falls Motel as we settle in the area and search for an apartment. It's a bare bones place, but we feel safe here. We were given a brand new microwave and mini fridge upon arrival. The tv is old, however we've been promised a new flat screen for later this week. The air conditioning works amazingly. We've made the room into a temporary little home for ourselves and are quite happy with the price and the facilities so far. Management has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling on a budget or people like us, who need a temporary home while they find a permanent home.

Good customer service needed a room for memorial day weekend found this place on Google maps and called and booked a reservation without any pics or knowledge was sceptical but glad we did it. Cheap rates for a room in the niagara falls...they are remodeling but had no issues at all

Rooms were very nice and clean. The receptionist was very courteous and professional in getting us checked in.

A few Behrend bros and I stayed here (2009) after arriving to Niagara Falls late in the evening (about 3 am) after a Wendy's trip turned adventure. We needed a cheap place to stay since we were poor college kids, and the other chain hotels down the street simply could not offer the 5 of us a room for roughly $30, and told us to visit the "other" hotels down the road. As we stumbled upon this motel, our driver and navigator went to speak with the owner. He must have initially thought these two gentlemen were more than friendly with each other, and offered the heart-shaped tub room for $60. Unfortunately, they had to refuse since this was over budget for us, and they made their way back to the great white Lexus. As we were leaving the parking lot, the owner leapt in front of the vehicle to negotiate a better price. He was taken back by the 5 of us packed into the vehicle, but was intrigued of our late night travels. We explained our predicament, as well as our strict budget of $6 per person. Seeing as we were over the 4-person occupancy limit, and obviously tried to deceive him at first, one of us offered to sleep in the car while the other 4 slumbered in a 2-queen room. The owner explained that he was very fond of Erie, relaying stories of his youth there, which involved fast cars and even faster women. He noted that if we were coming from other parts of New York, he would have told us to "pound salt", but since he liked "our kind", we were allowed to stay. However, we were told not to mess up the beds, since he couldn't afford house keeping to prepare a room at our $30 nightly rate. We thanked the gentleman, performed the cash deal, and entered the room. He indeed did give us the heart-shaped tub room, with 2 queen beds. We quickly noted the musty smell, as well as the TV which did not have any working buttons. There was also a partially eaten doughnut perched on the mirror, as well as some well placed holes in the wall overlooking the beds. Following the owner's orders, we slept on top of the beds without messing up the sheets. We took turns staying awake to ensure no funny business went on during the night. The morning came after an uneventful night, and we thanked the owner once again for allowing us to stay on such circumstances. We said our goodbyes to his cat as well, and were on our way. The room was perfect for a quick nap and a great way to start out our Niagara Falls trip.

This hotel is very amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and make sure that you feel at home.

Clean and modern, fridge and microwave. Pleasant staff, good value, no complaints. I've paid more for less lately.

I was suprised to find any bad reviews the man who worked the front desk was very nice very pleasant and very respectful. My deposit was returned to me in the morning I stayed in room 9 which was very clean I loved it I thought it was not only affordable but nice and cozy as well. Besides losing my owl necklace there somewhere I had no complaints. I would reccomend.
